In February 2019, our journey took an unexpected turn when Mike was diagnosed with Anaplastic Astrocytoma, a challenging grade 3 brain cancer. Facing an 8-inch tumor, Mike chose a path of conventional treatments alongside a radical lifestyle overhaul. We embraced exercise, opening our detox pathway and completely revamped our diet—eliminating processed foods, embracing organic choices, shunning GMOs, and meticulously scrutinizing food labels to exclude harmful additives. Through this transformation, we discovered the profound impact of genuine, nourishing foods on health. Remarkably, Mike's battle with cancer became a catalyst for our families profound change; today, nearly five years later, he stands cancer-free with only a testament in the form of a hole in his skull where the tumor once resided. This journey has ignited our passion to make wholesome, nutrient-packed foods accessible to all. Microgreens epitomize this philosophy—offering a potent, concentrated source of vitality and wellness.
